Thank you for shopping with Glowmina. We want your self-care essentials to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required. We believe your ritual shouldn't come with hidden costs.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time by visiting our Track My Order page or using the carrier's tracking portal directly. Please allow 2–5 days after shipment for tracking information to update in the system.


Customs & Import Duties

Glowmina ships internationally from our fulfillment partners. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Glowmina is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package has not arrived within 30 days of the ship date, please contact us at support@glowmina.co and we will investigate and resolve the issue — either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.


Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Glowmina is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make the correction before shipment.
